RULES OF BOOKING

• Using the above calendar (pops up in a separate window) choose the dates (including the day of arrival and departure) and submit the number of guests.
• Please fill in the form with your personal information and contact details, so that you can receive a booking confirmation from us.
• If any children under the age of 4 are coming with you, please include such information in the ‘comments’ section.
• After filling the form correctly, you will receive an automatic email initially confirming the booking, and after that, another email from our reception with a final confirmation.
• After booking a stay, an advance payment of 30% of your booking’s value (40% during Christmas and New Year’s period) must be paid to our account within 7 days from your request submission.
• The remaining part of your fee must be paid to the account by your arrival date.
• After a timely advance payment, you will receive a confirmation which will be proof of your booking and will be needed when checking in at our lodge. It must be shown to the person checking you in at the lodge together with your ID or passport.
• Should you cancel your booking less then 30 days before your arrival date, your advance payment will be considered a fee for the late cancellation.
